Fiberglass step removed and replaced with a custom vinyl over-step. Coping was upgraded to accommodate a new bullnose edge. A well-point system was installed to manage high groundwater conditions common in shore-area properties, followed by a new vermiculite bottom. A new Dover Vinyl liner in the Lake Tahoe pattern was installed to complete the project. All plumbing lines were replaced, and a new skimmer was added.
